Franchisees Darin & Chris recognized the aging community in Charlotte, NC and the need for home care in those regions. They are focused on making a positive impact on the lives of their clients and Caregivers. They are driven by their commitment to making a difference and revolutionizing the standard for home care in the communities they serve.

Darin & Chris combine and bring nearly 45 years of Nursing experience to their leadership team. Chris holds a master’s degree in nursing from Jacksonville University, while Darin holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Catawba College and an associate’s degree in nursing from Cabarrus College of Health Sciences. Christopher’s career spans Emergency Medicine, Critical Care and all aspects of Surgical Care. Darin got his start as a new graduate in Acute Coronary Care and has experience and expertise in these areas of practice, Critical Care, Cardiovascular Recovery, Nephrology, Occupational Health, Surgical Care, Physician’s Practice Management and Nursing Leadership/Administration.

Chris and Darin met almost 10 years ago and worked closely together in leading a 9 OR, 2 Procedure Room fast paced, high volume Surgery Center. Both were instrumental in the renovation of the first center and the development and construction of a second center focused on orthopedics. The first surgery center continued to operate and showed 4% growth during this intense time of renovation, while still seeing over 50 patients per day and maintaining quality and excellence in patient care with outstanding outcomes. Christopher and Darin were both involved in developing a same day total joint replacement program.

They wanted to provide a high quality of patient care and excellence in service. They found that Nurse Next Door had a different philosophy from other mainstream companies where instead of profits the focus was on the patient.
