Megan has over 16 years of experience in software and services sales with 11 years focused on ADA compliance. Megan has made a large impact in document accessibility for people with disabilities by providing solutions that make website functionality equal for all. Megan's clients are state and local governments, healthcare, finance, and the private sector which are mandated to provide accessible content for the disabled.

Chris, in what started as a side hustle, worked directly with assisted living facilities and home care providers, and was startled at the level of service required to prevent hospital readmittance through lack of care or medication adherence. For the first time Chris began to see that he was actually making a positive impact in people's lives, was building meaningful relationships, and made the decision that care was the way forward. Megan has spent years balancing her career and family with grace but there have been challenges along the way. When Megan's mother needed care Megan made the decision to help her mother a few hours daily so her mother could stay at home. The added dynamic of suddenly caring for a parent was at first difficult but soon Megan realized that her mother was far more comfortable and happier at home. Megan felt at ease knowing her mother was happy, found a new way to help those in need, and this is the inspiration that led Megan into home care.
